## What'd you miss? 

We're PUMPED about the takeaways we've heard from attendees of GRITT Summit 2021! We heard from one attendee that he didn't even wait to get home to take action. When he was headed home on the plane, he finished [Shawn's book](https://www.amazon.com/Keeping-Score-GRITT-Straight-Strategies-ebook/dp/B07XYJFVNV/ref=sr_1_3?dchild=1&keywords=GRITT+shawn+burcham&qid=1627660342&sr=8-3), bought copies to hand out to his leadership team, and planned a meeting for the next business day to meet with his leadership team to take an intensive dive into their customer experience.

Attendees of GRITT Summit not only heard challenging and inspirational keynotes from Jack Daly And Chris Field, but they also had the option to attend over 24 sessions on business, leadership, and foodservice.
