- Know a convenience or grocery store owner? Talk to them about our programs. Simply plant a bug in their ear about us.
- Complete and submit a referral form including the date when you recommended our programs to your contact.
- Notify your friend or local retailer that you’ve reached out to us and they should expect to be contacted in the near future. We do the rest!

We want to show you our appreciation in a generous way. That’s why we are kicking off our referral program in a BIG way. For a limited time, we will pay YOU up to $1,000 (program dependent, see below) for every qualified referral you provide that signs with Cooper’s or Champs.
Basis for Referrals
Our Business Developer will determine if the potential customer is a good fit for one of our programs. In the end, if your contact signs up (and opens) for a Champs or Cooper’s program, you will earn a generous amount for recommending and introducing us to your referral.

Eligible Amounts
You will earn the following amount based upon the program level in which your referral participates:
- $200 for Cooper's Express
- $200 for Champs Chicken - Bronze
- $600 for Champs Chicken - Silver
- $1,000 for Champs Chicken - Gold
Timing & Method of Payout
The monies earned will be reported to and paid to you within 45 days of the store opening of a branded Champs Chicken or Cooper’s Express location that originated with your submitted referral form. The responsibility for completing a W-9 and submitting it to PFSbrands is yours. W-9 forms must be on file for us to send you your cash, so don’t wait!
No more than one referral qualifies for the same customer.
